May 2024: Gary’s place was a perfect place to stay for our families Disney vacation. The townhome met all of our expectations of being clean, spacious, and safe. We will definitely book Gary’s place again in the future! ---------- November 2023: My family and I spent a week at the Condominium. It was convenient and VERY clean. Gary was super easy to work with. I highly recommend this listing. ---------- September 2023: Our family of 9 came to enjoy Florida and Disney and could not have asked for a better place to stay. There was plenty of space, and everything stood out as clean and tidy. Our host was always responsive towards us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy ourselves and enjoy amenities such as the 4 pools that were on property. Great place to stay and great host! ---------- July 2023: Gary was a wonderful host, and his townhouse was perfect for our stay. He was very responsive whenever I reached out to him and will definitely be staying again when I visit Florida. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Gary! ----------- May 2023: A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful home and grounds with a lot of amenities. The home is clean and fully stocked with lots of extras. Gary’s instructions were clear and informative. He responds quickly to emails and makes sure all your needs are met. I highly recommend this listing and host. Five + stars for sure. ---------- April 2023: Our family vacation felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We felt safe and secure. The security staff were also most helpful during our stay. At first, it seemed that there was a lot to it, but take a deep breath and take it one thing at a time. Register your vehicle(s) for the stay. Have your rental agreement handy for when you arrive. Use the code provided for obtaining the key. Once there, setup the wifi and all you have to do is enjoy your stay! It's typically less than half an hour to any of Orlando's attractions. This is a gated community so we felt very safe. Lots of stores around to shop as well! This has been by far the best place we’ve stayed at. The kids enjoyed the pools and the park around the place. Most definitely will be coming back to this place. He had more than enough stuff to be able to use . He had enough utensils and miscellaneous items as well. The communication was extremely great! He made sure we had arrived and that everything was great! Very pleasant stay. -------------- June 2022: Gary was a great person to rent from. Any questions or issues we had before, during and after the stay were answered promptly. The condo itself was very nice and Gary has many extras (games, balls, pool toys, shampoos, kitchen utensils, etc.) that many AirBnb's do not provide. Very nice, safe resort with 24Hr. security. Condo is just minutes from lots of shopping and restaurants and about 20 minutes to the parks. The house is close to supermarket and shopping centers. the security personnel for the property was very friendly. Kitchen supplies are abundant. Having three complete bathrooms plus an extra sink made it easy for our large family. It was easy to set up his pack and play in a large closet and close the door when our toddler was sleeping. Personnel in the gated community were friendly, and careful in their COVID handling of the pool. We appreciated being able to swim in the lovely large pool with a max of only 15 people. Gary was very informative and shared lots of information and tips. This was our first rental and I was nervous. Gary did a great job making me feel better with his updates and information though. I would definitely recommend him and his place. It was within 18-25 mins drive from the Disney parks and Universal. Walmart and restaurants are close by. The kids loved the pool which I could see from the door so it wasn’t a far walk. He also had everything we needed there to use. ---------------- October 2019: Gary is one of the most professional and understanding host I have dealt with. His communication about the deal initially and then the property was impeccable. The property was as described on the ad. I will definitely recommend Gary's property. ----------------- August 2019: House was sparkling clean, very spacious for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids and conveniently located near Disney parks. Gary is one of the best hosts we have come across. He is very responsive and detail oriented. Check in and check out went smoothly due to abundance of information Gary provides to guests. We are a family of 7 and everybody had their own personal space to relax. We also had enough room for family time in the living area. It has restaurants and shopping nearby as well as being close to all the amusement parks Orlando has to offer. The kitchen has just what you need to make quick and easy meals.
